2.  Answer Chapter 12 Inference Question and turn it in - What kind of person is Ponyboy's English teacher?


If you didn't finish your question in class it is due FRIDAY

3.  Add textual evidence to your T-Chart for chapter 12 (See slide picture below for page numbers)

4.  Practice your literary terms - Summative on FRIDAY

I had a student request that I post the literary terms preassessment sheet.  I am unsure of how to post a document to my blog but I've posted a picture of it below.  Please refer to that for a list of the terms.

I hope you guys are studying your terms outside of class.  The Quizlet link is an EXCELLENT resource for you to use.

Reminders:  Friday is a BIG DAY in English!  Friday is the last day for theme retake.  FRIDAY is your Literary Terms Summative.  If you'd like to study on Quizlet here is the link.  Also on Friday, you will need to turn in your completed T-Chart with evidence.  3 in each theme to score a 3. If you'd like a 4 you need to add more than three pieces of evidence to each theme.

Last night I was lucky enough to meet some of your family members at conferences.  I had a very busy evening full of chatting.  I was happy to see how many of you came as well.  It was nice to have you there :)
